My new favorite toy!

OK, so this is the best thing ever! Or at least for the next couple of weeks until I have a new best thing ever. I have been playing with my new Cricut paper cutter all day. I have no idea how I have survived all these srapbooking/crafting years without one. I have found so many things around the house that I want to re-do because I want to fix the letterings. Oh ya, and if any one wants to play with me, I am always open for craft time!

I love spring!

Even though it has been oficially spring for the past couple of weeks, but now it is starting to actually feel like spring. The snow has not fallen for a few days and the forcast for the next couple of weeks is showing no snow! Yeah for the end of winter. I think that it is almost time to clean up the house and put away all of our winter stuff.

So, yes I have realized that I have not posted in a while. Well, nothing new has really happened. This past weekend was General Conference and Evan's parents came into town. Then after we thought that Hotel Pack was closed, Ev's sister called and said that she was going to be in town. We love having family over. I am glad that we are the mid-stop between our California family and Idaho family. Everyone drives through here and we can see everyone.

We are still trying to figure out what we are doing this summer, but we do know that we will stay in town. We have tossed around the idea of a cruise. Any suggestions? We have never gone, so we thought that it would be a fun thing to do.

Light at the end of the tunnel

So there is finally an end in sight. After years of living the college life, Ev and I know that we only have 3 years left in Provo. It will be bitter sweet to leave here but I think we are ready (or at least I am ready) for some warmer sun.

Evan was accepted into BYU Law School! Yeah for him! The end of school is coming.

Horray for the SUN!

So I spend all day in an office building; basically from sun up to sun down. But today, I decided that I was going to run a few erands during lunch time. For the first time in about 5 months, I have been able to roll down my windows and feel the fresh air. I love having the sun back.

Life is still the same for us- just work and school.

Golfing

Evan and I went mini-golfing last Friday night. We made a "small wager" on the game. If Ev won I had to give him a back rub, and if I won Evan had to make a three course meal. So here is our golfing experience.

Holes 1-6 I was up two strokes. By hole eight we were all tied up. Evan hits a hole in one around hole 10, so I had to as well! So we are tied until hole 12. I took a comanding lead of one stroke. Then by hole 17, I was down by two! What happened, I misses the 17th hole and was stuck in a corner for a while. So to make things a little more interesting, Evan said that each stroke for the last hole would equal three instead of one. Well, Evan scored three, and...I hit a hole in one! I won the game! Now lets see if Evan lives up to his end of the deal.
